All written testimony and all ma-terials presented at the hearing become property of the City of Merid-ian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Applications are subject to change throughout the pub-lic hearing process and it is incumbent on interested persons to moni-tor such changes by following the process in person, online, or by contacting City staff.
