The street buffer outside the site was landscaped with TM Creek Subdivision No. 3 per the first attachment. It appears you included it in the “total acreage” on the application & pg. 1 of your narrative but didn’t on pg. 4 of your narrative…?  The 8.3-acre “SITE AREA” on page 4 of the narrative, and on the CUP site plan is correct; the discrepancy is the 8.8 acre notation on page 1 of the narrative and on the Development Review Application. Corrected pages are provided in the 2nd attachment.
