NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 3, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the applications of:
WHPacific for Annexation and Zoning of 8.79 acres of land with an R-8 zoning
district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 41 building lots and 5 common lots for
Millbrae Subdivision (H-2019-0066) located at 4888 and 4920 W. Cherry Ln.
The Land Group, Inc. for Modification to an Existing Development
Agreement for the purpose of removing the subject property from DA Instrument
#108008770 to be placed in a new, separate agreement for Eagle Commons MDA (H-
2019-0082) located at 3085 E, Ustick Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any
interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited
to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the
hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite
104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons
interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written
testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at
the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to
the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring accommodation for
