Dear Ms. Suggs,
In response to the request of the Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission (MPZC) and for our mutual benefit
and the benefit of the City of Meridian, I have attached a proposed change to the preliminary site plan presented
to the MPZC.
The purpose of moving the street sub is to:
Move it South from the North end of our property so the we have a workable space on the North end of
our property for future plans.
Not have the street take up nearly as much space on our property.
• Make sure the street is not straight so that commuters do not race though our property.
If we can come to an agreement, we would be open to allowing your subdivision home owner to use a road
through our property for ingress and egress.
It is the intent of Sathiyanjeli, LLC to work with you and your company to find the best solution for all parties
involved. We have been very interested in your project since we first heard of it. We would have been to the
neighborhood meet if we had been informed. Even though we were not informed and have not been contacted
by you or anyone at your firm before or since the MPZC meet regarding Millbrae Subdivision, we are still very
interested in working with you to find a possible solution.
Please review the proposed change in the NE corner of your development and reply within the next few days, as
time is of the essence.
