I offer the following comments: Interior access for existing residence: Please see the attached Interior Driveway Exhibit previously provided. The constraints with providing an interior access point are prohibitive. As discussed in the P&Z Hearing, the traffic counts on Leigh Field are very stable as the land to the west is fully developed and include the trips for this residence. The frontage landscape buffer is not possible with an interior access. I will provide information to the City Council regarding this item at the hearing. Stub Street to East: The suggested stub street to the east is not feasible as there are structures too close to the PL for there to be any functioning roadway. In addition, the parcel to the east will have a much different character than the subject site give the NC land use designation. Alternative Compliance: The applicant will either submit an Alternative Compliance Application or comply with the Meridian City Code.
