Meridian, ID 83646. I appreciate your careful consideration of the details regarding the three corners ranch subdivision development and it’s impact on surrounding communities. I have attended all of the public hearings regarding this development. I believe in the public process, the importance of voting for elected officials that will make good decisions and respecting, honoring and supporting those decisions once they’re made. I have been shocked at the disrespect that Conger and their representatives have shown to the planning and zoning committee and our cities elected officials. The planning and zoning committee required the developer to submit a revised plat Prior to the city Council meeting which would include the third exit from three corners ranch as a condition for their approval of the Application. However, the developer did not do this and instead stated at the city Council meeting that they did not believe that the planning and zoning committee have the authority to make such a recommendation and they planned to refute it at the city Council meeting. The city Council upheld the recommendation for the third exit. Has Congers submitted the revised plat at this point? Or do they continue to disregard the recommendations of this process? Secondly, at the city Council meeting, the developer stated they would be willing to assist with “low hanging fruit” in supporting safety measures on Dunwoody court. The city Council was clear in stating that these measures (painting a stripe on the side of the road and placing “No Parking” signs) were not sufficient and that the developer should work with the residents on Dunwoody Court to develop a plan for adequate safety measures. The developer has made a final offer of support no different from what was rejected by the city co uncil members. They state they would be willing to paint a line along the side of the road and to put up no parking signs and that is all. The residents on Dunwoody Court have said that we would donate our land and change our landscaping so that sidewalks could be put in to make the road safe for increased traffic and pedestrians. The developer does not support this. I am shocked at the developer’s direct disregard for our elected officials recommendations. And, I’m worried about what other recommendations they will neglect if a possible application approval is given and they no longer have to meet before such committees. I appreciate your time. I have asked several questions in this letter and I Respectfully request a response to those questions not just an acknowledgment of receipt please respond to my email darin.ju@gmail.com ; thanks. Sincerely, Darin Jurgensmeier 2
