Subject:3 Corners Ranch Project
City of Meridian Leadership,
I’m writing again regarding the proposed 3 Corners Ranch Development project that you will be considering at the City
Council Meeting tonight. I will bullet my points to make them easy and clear to understand.
Existing stub streets should be used for traffic into this development.
Dunwoody should be used as emergency access only. This is a safety concern because we have no sidewalks on
Dunwoody.
The Conger Development firm has NOT taken any of the Meridian Planning and Zoning requirements seriously
and have declined to consider any of them
1. Move the gate back away from Dunwoody IF that will be an access point
2. Open a Northern access point
3. Make Dunwoody safe with sidewalks
Conger Development claims to have a traffic study completed and is not able to produce it. ACHD doesn’t have
it and neither does Meridian. Require proof of the traffic study.
Please, please, hold this developer accountable. If you read reviews on line about their track record it is full of empty
promises that never take place. Please require the developer to plan and pay for the required improvements. Millions
will be made on 3 Corners Ranch. Please don’t allow their profit to overshadow reasonableness and safety of residents.
Thank you,
Jeff Wilding
