CC - 2019-07-5 Meridian Press for 7-23 HearingNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 23, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Jackson Food Stores, Inc. for a Modification to an Existing Development Agreement for the purpose of removing the subject property from DA Instrument # 108059800 to be placed in a new, separate agreement for Verona Lot 12 Block 12 (H- 2019-0070) located at 4870 N. Ten Mile Rd. Vanessa Klaus for a Preliminary Plat consisting of 16 building lots and 3 common lots on 2.83 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district; and a Modified Development Agreement to modify an existing development agreement for the purpose of removing the subject property from DA Instrument #106064914 to be placed in a new separate agreement for Caldera Canyon (H-2019-0062) located at 1294 E. Leigh Field Dr. Ten Mile Development, LLC for a Modification to the terms of the Development Agreement related to H-2019-0109 to allow for a residential self-service storage facility use on the property for Elevate Franklin Storage (H-2019-0072) located at 3755 W. Perugia St. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act.
