I wanted to confirm with you to see if we need to mitigate the existing trees that will be removed for our proposed
VillaSport project. I visited the site today and found 7 existing aspen trees. All trees appeared to be weak wooded,
weedy, and in poor health.
Please refer to the below exhibit and images attached.
