Subject: Additional Testimony to 3 corners ranch
To Whom It May Concern-
I am a resident of Dunwoody Ct. and president of the HOA and have not been impressed with the lack of
honesty of the Developers or Mr Dave Dean regarding this project of Three Corner Ranch. A few residents of
other neighborhoods have stated that it's natural for Three Corner Ranch to enter through Dunwoody Ct because
it is a continuation of Dunwoody subdivision which is not true. It is a continuation of Three Corners
Subdivision.
Mr Dean excluded the former Lot 16 of Dunwoody Subdvision in 2013 at which time all mentions of Lot 16 in
the Dunwoody CC&Rs became null and void. I have spoken with Mr Dean personally and he referred to his
land as Lot 16 in Dunwoody Subdivision as the reason for changing his private driveway to the western
entrance of Three Corners Ranch.
Mr Heath Clark also referred to Lot 16 at the Meridian Planning and Zoning meeting as if it was still part of
Dunwoody subdivision supporting his cause for using Dunwoody Court as an entrance to Three Corners Ranch
instead of Sweet Valley Avenue as was previously agreed in writing to use as the entrance once this land parcel
was developed. This was specifically referred to in the ACHD report. And this is a natural connection from
Three Corners Subdivison to its sister community of Three Corners Ranch and therefore should be used.
Please see attached the record showing the exclusion.
I respectfully request and thank you for your consideration in not approving the current plan design of Three
Corners Ranch.
Sincerely
1
