We are trying to create a nice neighborhood with a lot of help from a lot of professionals in their field. We like where we live and our neighbors are great, so it has been very interesting to sit through two of these Dunwoody homeowners meetings and hear many concerns. We have also tried to make this a low density neighborhood. These are some of the things that are being said. One owner who has not lived in his house for 8 years has said we are taking his water away, he also says he needs our property to access his back lot. Some of the neighbors are angry that we didn't help them develop their back lots by making a road that would help with their development of their lots. We were not aware of this until late in this process. Some neighbors talk about the increased traffic this will bring. Yet Dunwoody has a blind corner that no one seems concerned with. Bushes and Trees are encroaching the corner. Some of their children cross Locust Grove to go to Heritage. Some believe that opening other neighborhoods would solve all their traffic concerns and and it goes on and on. Again we were trying to help Dunwoody with a low density neighborhood and one that wouldn't have cut through traffic and that would be a good addition to Meridian City. Thank you for your time. luane and dave dean
