Subject:Three Corners Ranch
This is an appeal for the Meridian City Council to make a common sense
decision concerning Three Corners Ranch Development.
The plan by the developer to use Dunwoody Court as a access for Three Corners
Ranch is a bad one for many reasons. Dunwoody is a narrow country lane that has no
sidewalks or streetlights.
It is a winding road with blind corners. Many children in the subdivision walk from their
homes to catch the bus on the corner of Dunwoody and Locust Grove.
The subdivisions of Three Corners and Vienna Woods have sidewalks on both sides
of the street,
streetlights and no blind corners. Both these Three Corners and Vienna Woods
also have road signs
indicating that the streets that could access Three Corners Ranch are to be continued
in the future.
