Broadway Avenue, Meridian, ID 83642 Phone 208-888-4433  Fax 208-888-4218  www.meridiancity.org CITY OF MERIDIAN PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT / NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho, that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 18, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the following applications: H-2019-0071, City of Meridian for A Unified Development Code Text Amendment (UDC 11-5B-4E) Variance Findings in regard to the required findings for Variance applications consistent with that of Idaho Code 67-6516 by City of Meridian Planning Division. More particular descriptions of the above information is on file in the Planning Department, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho and is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Information can also be accessed via the City’s website at http://weblink.meridiancity.org/weblink8/browse.aspx?dbid=0 Copies of the above applications are available upon request. Any and all interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing, and the public is welcome and invited to submit testimony. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written comments can be submitted to the City Clerk at cityclerk@meridiancity.org prior to the hearing. All materials presented at public meetings shall become property of the City of Meridian.
