Related Development Agreement: (RZ 07-017) Verona Commercial (15 May 2008)
Description: To remove the subject property (Exhibit A - Block 12, Amended Verona Subdivision
No.4) from the existing RZ 07-017 Development Agreement and to enter into a new Development
Agreement with the City of Meridian. As part of the proposed new Development Agreement, we
are seeking to relocate an existing McMillan Road access as indicated on Exhibit A, generally
described as approximately 167 feet west of the existing McMillan Road access.
The subject property would keep the existing zoning as described in RZ 07-017 (L -O).
Proposed and future development of the property shall conform with the currently adopted
Zoning Ordinances and Building Codes of the City of Meridian.

meeting between the applicant of a development proposal and the occupants of the neighborhood, in
which the development site is located, be provided.
This letter is such notice of an opportunity to review and discuss the proposed new Development
Agreement for the subject property located at 4887 N. Cortona Way, Meridian, Idaho. This is not a
public hearing; public officials will not be present.
If you have any questions regarding meeting requirements, please contact the Planning Division at (208)
