This is a formal request to withdraw the application for rezone and preliminary plat for Oakwind Subdivision on 16.52
acres.
We respectfully request a one month continuance of the rezone and preliminary plat applications for Oakmore
Subdivision on 7.39 acres. The deferral is necessary to provide an opportunity for staff to revise the development
agreement modification application to reflect only the Oakmore changes.
