published in the City of Meridian, in the
County of Ada, State of Idaho; that
the said newspaper is in general
circulation in the said County of
Ada, and in the vicinity of
Meridian, and has been
uninterruptedly published in said
County during a period of seventy-eight
consecutive weeks prior to the first
publication of this notice, a copy of
which is hereto attached.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hear-
ing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue,
Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June
18, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the ap-
plications of:
Kent Brown Planning Services for a Vacation of approxi-
mately 0.19 acres of the existing public right of way of W.
Twisted Creek Street for Twisted Creek Street Vacation (H-
2019-0059) located at the Intersection of N. Black Cat Rd.
and W. Twisted Creek St.
Toll ID I LLC for a Rezone of 7.39 acres of land from the
R-15 zoning distr ict to the R-4 zoning distr ict; a Preliminary
Plat consisting of eighteen single family residential lots and
six common lots on approvimately 7.39 acres in a proposed
R-4 zoning district for Oakmore Subdivision (H-2018-0118)
located near the intersection of W. Gondola Drive and N.
Black Cat Road.
Toll ID I LLC for a Development Agreement Modifica-
tion to modify the overall boundary of Oaks North and Oaks
South development and update the zoning district bound-
aries, the concept plan and modify/remove certain provisions
of the agreement that are no longer relevant to the project for
Oaks North and Sout h (H-2018-0117) located on the North
and South side of McMillan Rd., between N. McDermott and

Copies of the above applications are available for review
upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said
public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3)
minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted pri-
or to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridi-
an City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho
83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons in-
terested in being heard regarding the above applications
should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hear-
ing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the
hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and
public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public
Records Act. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabilities
related to documents and/or hearings should contact the City
Clerk's Office at 208-888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the
hearing.
