NOTICE OF HEAR ING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of
the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that
the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridi-
an will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East
Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
On Thursday, June 20, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the applications of:
Tall Timber Consult ing and Todd Campbell Construc-
tion Inc. for Annexat ion and Zoning of 5.19 acres of land
with an R-4 zoning district; and a Pr eliminary Plat consisting
of 57 building lots and 6 common lots on 19.74 acres of land
in the R-4 zoning District for Silver Springs (H-2019-0058)
located at 1035, 1157, 805 & 905 E. McMillan Rd.
Vanessa Klaus for a Preliminary Plat consisting of 16
building lots and 3 common Lots on 2.83 acres of land in the
R-8 zoning district for Caldera Canyon (H-2019-0062) locat-
ed at 1294 E. Leigh Field Dr.
BVA Development for a Preliminary Plat consisting of 20
building lots on 51.59 acres of land in the C-G zoning district
for Rackham Subdivision (H-2018-0126), located at 1020
S. Eagle Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review
upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said
public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3)
minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted pri-
or to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridi-
an City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho
83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org.
Persons interested in being heard regarding the above ap-
plications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at
the hearing. All written testimony and all mater ials presented
at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian
and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Pub-
lic Records Act. Anyone desiring accommodation for disabili-
ties related to documents and/or hearings should contact the
City Clerk's Office at 208-888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to
the hearing.
