We agree with the required changes, and will update the Final Plat and Construction plans to comply with these conditions. Finally, as noted in the Staff Report, we request that the City Council consider and approve the waiver to allow the 20 foot wide irrigation easement along the southern boundary to be located within the building lots, as was previously approved with the preliminary plat for Bainbridge.
