Project Description
Construct a subdivision consisting of 16 building lots and 3 common
lots on 2.83 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district
Modify existing development agreement for the purpose of removing
the subject property from DA Instrument #106064914 to be placed in
a new and separate agreement

The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced development agreement modification and
preliminary plat applications and has the following comments:
1. ITD does not object to the construction of a subdivision consisting of 28 residential units as presented in the
application.
