Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed CPAM and
AZ for Wagner Farms H-2019-0035. These items are scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on May 28, 2019. The
public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any
questions.
