Chairman and members of the council,
Alan and I would like to thank you for last night's meeting, Thursday May
16, regarding Three Corners Ranch. We appreciated you attentive attitude
and your insight to how this project moves forward.

Making these decisions and trying to keep so many neighborhoods
satisfied is not an easy task and we appreciated your concerns and
consideration on all matters for everyone. It was truly impressive how well
you listened to everyone and to each other.
After seeing the sight plan and this meeting, we now know you will make
the best decisions for everyone and it will be a great project for Meridian.
One question we did have that was not addressed is which roads will take
the construction trucks weight and wear? We have not heard how this will
take place and would like to address this for safety, especially if it is in the
summer months. Can you restrict at least these large concrete trucks,
lumber trucks and road crews from traveling on the" none sidewalk
neighborhoods" while it is being constructed? Perhaps make Dunwoody
and Shandee the last roads to be connected? Please address this at the next
meeting if possible.
Thank you for all that happened last night and showing how much you
care about each neighborhood it is very much appreciated.
Sincerely,
Alan and Debbie Jurgens
