the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hear-

Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June
11, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the ap-
plications of:
Garland Goff for a Modified Development Agreement to
Modify the Development Agreement, recorded as Instrument
No. 111072107, to remove the previous conceptual develop-
ment plan and associated provisions from the agreement for
Goff (H-2019-0061), located at 1725 W. Pine St
City of Meridian Planning Division for a UDC Text
Amendment to update certain sections of the UDC pertain-
ing to notification of violations and definitions in Chapter 1;
residential dimensional standards and allowed use tables in
Chapter 2; ditches, laterals, canals or drainage courses; out-
door lighting; outdoor storage; traveling living quarter s; land-
scape standards; parking standards; qualified open space
and variance processing in Chapter 3; specific use standards
for educational institution, indoor shooting range, multi-family
development and restaurant in Chapter 4; public hearing,
fees, variances and alternative compliance in Chapter 5 AND
other miscellaneous sections, by City of Mer idian Planning
Division for UDC Text Amendment (H-2019-0049)
Engineering Solutions LLP for a Text Amendment to cre-
ate a new residential self-storage use that includes a defini-
tion; specific use standards and specifies conditional use ap-
proval in the R-15 and R-40 zoning districts for Residential
Self-Service Storage Facility (H-2019-0034)
Copies of the above applications are available for review
upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said
public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3)
minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted pri-
or to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridi-
