My name is Jeff Wilding and I live at 1842 E Dunwoody Ct. Meridian. I will be brief in my points. Dunwoody Ct is not set up to take on significant additional traffic. There are no sidewalks and no street lights. It is zoned RTU. Not high density. There are many stub streets going into this development that should be used for access. The proposed route to Dunwoody has been used as a private road....not for public high traffic. The proposal would land lock 4 lots. This is not fair to those property owners. Please consider using the stub streets as they have been designed for such traffic. Please consider using Dunwoody for emergency access only. Thank you for your consideration Jeff Sent from my iPhone
