Subject:3 Corners Ranch, planning hearing, May 16th
Meridian City Commissioners,
I would like to go on record to object to the current proposed plan for 3 Corners Ranch:
Safety of pedestrians: As a resident who lives at the entrance to Dunwoody Subdivision, I am very concerned
by the excessive traffic that will be caused by giving 3 Corners Ranch access on Dunwoody CRT.
1) Currently, there no sidewalks or Street lighting on Dunwoody Court.
2) Consider the school age children: the current plan is only allowing 2 entrance/ exit points (when there are 5
available) for 3 Corners Ranch. The additional traffic that 45 more residents, creates excessive safety
conditions for children walking to nearby schools. (Ambrose & Central Academy)
The West Ada public school bus stop for bussing children is located at the corner of Dunwoody Court & North
Locust Grove Rd. All children living in Dunwoody subdivision will now be put at extreme high risk, from the
excessive traffic the will be created by 3 Corners Ranch.
Thank You,
Susan Porter Szuch
