A parcel of land situate in the north one-half of the northeast quarter of Section
31, Township 4 North, Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, being Lot 4 of
Crestwood Subdivision No. 1, as shown on the official plat thereof on file in the office of
the Ada County, Idaho, Recorder and adjoining right-of-way, and being more particularly
described as follows:
Commencing at the northeast corner of said Section 31, which bears
N89049'54"E, 2,632.46 feet from the north quarter corner of said Section 31; thence
S89°46'54"W, 1,270.90 feet along the northerly boundary of said Section 31 to the
extension of the easterly boundary of said Lot 4 and to the Point of Beginning:
Thence S00°10'17"W, 663.54 feet along the extension of the
easterly boundary of said Lot 4 and the easterly boundary of said Lot 4 to
the southeast corner of said Lot 4;
Thence S89043'29"W, 340.40 feet along the southerly boundary of
said Lot 4 to the southwest corner of said Lot 4;
Thence N00010'17"E, 664.17 feet along the westerly boundary of
said Lot 4 and the westerly boundary of said Lot 4 extended to the
northerly boundary of said Section 31;
Thence N89°49'54"E, 340.40 feet along the northerly boundary of
said Section 31 to the Point of Beginning.
