The developer will need to submit plans to both the McMullen Water Users Assoc. and to Settlers Irrigation District for
review however, there are some current issues with Brighton’s request to change the point of delivery and a protest
filed with IDWR for the secondary water right from the well that must be resolved prior to any construction occurring.
We are currently working with Brighton and the McMullen Lateral Users Association to resolve these issues.
