Attached are the Planning & Zoning Commission’s recommendations and the Staff Report for the proposed Annexation
for ICOM Parking Expansion H-2019-0019. These items are scheduled to be on the City Council agenda on April 23 rd . The
public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any
questions.
Jason, Becky, Tamara and/or Doug - Please submit any written response you may have to the recommendations in the
report to the City Clerk’s office ( cityclerk@meridiancity.org ) and me by 3:00 pm the Thursday prior to the meeting.
