With the required 25-foot landscape buffer and parking area, the closest building is 160 feet from the property line. That separation is enhanced by a 20-foot Fairbourne Subdivision common lot east of our common boundary behind their closest residential lots. - Additional landscape buffer area has been provided between Waverton Drive and the Flex-Tech structures’ roll- up doors for berming and fencing to screen the doors from the public street. Details of that buffer, including a cross section, will be provided at CZC/DR. - Cross-access options for the out-parcel at the southeast corner of the project are depicted. We trust this information, coupled with ACHD’s approval, will address the concerns of the Planning & Zoning Commission.
