The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the annexation, rezone, and preliminary plat applications and has the following comments: 1. This project does not abut the current State highway system. 2. This project is near the future extension of SH -16. The Environmental Impact Study (EIS) conceptual plans for SH -16 show McMillan Road as an overpass over SH -16 to be constructed if the highway is constructed at grade. ITD is currently analyzing SH -16 and one of the items being considered is whether the future SH -16 corridor will pass over McMillan Road or stay at grade. The ITD reminds the applicant to coordinate with ITD to mitigate any potential impacts. 3. Applicant is aware this project is near the future extension of State Highway 16 and is working with ITD to accommodate the future project. 4.
