If you need more details let me know. A proposed upgrade to Razzberry Crossing's common area amenities will be presented and voted on at the 2019 Annual HOA meeting to be held early summer of 2019. The upgrade will be constructed in the common area, Lot 4 of Block 5 in accordance with the plat mat of Razzberry Crossing Subdivision. The funding for the upgrade will come from the initial $450 setup fee from each of the 16 -lots proposed by the development of Razzberry Villas and as such shall be fully utilized by all of Razzberry Crossing and Razzberry Villas association members. The area will meet all local and state fire codes, and have a written safety/security plan to ensure the safety of the community. The estimated cost of materials and construction is approximately $7000-8000.
