Providing all storm drainage is retained on-site there will be no impact to Nampa & Meridian Irrigation
District (NMID). Therefore, no further review will be required at this time.

If 4ny surface drainage leaves the site, NMID requires a filed Land Use Change Application for review

83651, for further information.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. It is recommended that irrigation water be
available to all developments within the NMID. Developers must comply with Idaho Code 31-3803.
