The Quintale Condominium Project No. 1 is located southeast of the intersection of McMillan
Road and Ten Mile Road, the project site fronts Ten Mile Road and Quintale Drive.
The condo project is a roughly 17,800 square foot single story, wood framed structure. The
occupancy group is Business with a maximum allowed occupancy of 360 occupants. The space
will consist of the following tenant owners: Eagle Vision One (optometrists with 6,170 sf ) and Ada
West Dermatology (dermatologists with 8,616 sf) with a lease space (1,918 sf) in the middle for a
future tenant.
