PZ - Affidavit of PublicationNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 4, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Trilogy Development, Inc. for Annexation and Zoning of 125.68 acres of land with an R-8 zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 401 building lots, 55 common lots, and 5 other lots on 117.10 acres of land in the R-8 zoning district for Gander Creek (H-2019-0013) located at the SW corner of N. McDermott Rd. and W. McMillan Rd. Cable One, Inc for a Conditional Use Permit approval to contruct an Optical Transport Network (OTN) building for high-speed internet and cable in the L-O zoning district as required by the development agreement for the site for Cable One OTN Building at McMillan (H-2019- 0026) located 2350 W. McMillan Rd. Sweet Land Development, Inc. for Annexation and Zoning of 31.06 acres of land with the R-4 zoning district and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 45 building lots and 9 common lots for Three Corners Ranch (H-2019-0006) located 1890 E. Dunwoody Ct. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act.
