NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the applications of:
Stapleton, LLC for Annexation and Zoning of 38.15 acres of land with an R-15
zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 223 building lots and 27 common
lots on 35.67 acres of land in the R-15 zoning district for Stapleton Subdivision (H-
2018-0129) located at the SW corner of S. Meridian Rd./SH 69 and W. Harris St.
Sadie Creek Commons, LLC for a Variance to the minimum setback standard
listed in UDC 11-4-3-2A.1 for outdoor recreation areas and structures that are not fully
enclosed to maintain a minimum setback of 100 feet from any abutting residential
district; and the minimum setback standard listed in 11-4-3-2A.2 that restricts an outdoor
event or activity center from being located within 50 feet of any property line for Villasport (H-
2019-0032) located 3055 N. Eagle Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any
interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited
to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the
hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite
104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons
interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written
testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at
the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and pub lic records subject to
the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring accommodation for
