The Districts Hunter Lateral courses along the west boundary of this proposed project. The districts easement for the Hunter Lateral at this location is a mininuun of forty feet (40') total, twenty feet (20') from centerline each direction. This easement must be protected. Any encroachment without a signed License Agreement and approved plan before construction is unacceptable. All municipal Kirface drainage must be retained on site. If any municipal surface drainage leaves the site, the NMID must review drainage plans. Should this development be planning a pressurized urban irrigation system that will be owned, operated and maintained by the Irrigation District, l strongly urge you to coordinate with Greg G. Curtis, Water Superintendent for the Irrigation District, concerning the installation of the pressure system.
