notification. Oral testimony may be limited to three
(3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be
submitted prior to the above hearing date either by
mail or in person to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broad-
way Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642 or by email
to cityclerk@meridiancity.org.
All written testimony and all materials presented at
the hearing shall become property of the City of
Meridian and public records subject to the provi-
sions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Applications
are subject to change throughout the public hearing
process and it is incumbent on interested persons to
