and the Laws of the State of
Idaho that the Planning and
Zoning Commission of the
City of Meridian will hold a
public hearing at the Meridian
City Hall, 33 East Broadway
Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at
the hour of 6:00 p.m. on
Thursday, March 21, 2019
for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the applica-
tions of:
The Land Group for An-
nexation and Zoning of 2.34
acres of land with a C-G zon-
ing district to accommodate
the construction of a parking
lot for the Idaho College of
Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM)
for ICOM Parking Expan-
sion (H-2019-0019) located
885 S. Locust Grove Rd.
Brighton Investments,
LLC for an Annexation and
Zoning of 77.33 acres of land
with R-8 (21.95 acres) and C-
G (55.38 acres) zoning dis-
tricts; and a Preliminary Plat
consisting of 75 building lots,
7 commons lots and 3 other
lots on 71.3 acres of land in
the R-8 and C-G zoning dis-
tricts for Pollard Subdivision
(H-2019-0021) located NE
Corner of SH-16 and W.
Chinden Blvd.
Copies of the above appli-
cations are available for re-
view upon request. Any inter-
ested persons shall be heard
at said public hearing. Oral
testimony may be limited to
three (3) minutes per person.
Written testimony may be
submitted prior to the hear-
ing, either in person or via
U.S. Mail, to Meridian City
Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite
104, Meridian, Idaho 83642,

heard regarding the above
applications should plan to
submit written testimony or
testify at the hearing. All writ-
ten testimony and all materi-
als presented at the hearing
shall become property of the
City of Meridian and public
records subject to the provi-
