Locust Grove Rd. Brighton Investments, LLC for an Annexation and Zoning of 77.33 acres of land with R-8 (21.95 acres) and C- G (55.38 acres) zoning dis- tricts; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 75 building lots, 7 commons lots and 3 other lots on 71.3 acres of land in the R-8 and C-G zoning dis- tricts for Pollard Subdivision (H-2019-0021) located NE Corner of SH-16 and W. Chinden Blvd. Copies of the above appli- cations are available for re- view upon request. Any inter- ested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hear- ing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E.
