Sonya,
I spoke with Laren today regarding the right -in, right -out and left in. Despite what ITD may or may not allow with a
left in in their TIS and letter to Conger Group the police department is against any left in at this % mile location. Just
a right in right out. I have explained this to Laren and he understands this. I also told him that P&Z might not allow
the left or council. Either way Laren understands police will testify to that effect in council if it looks like the left in
may go through. If you could include these comments for P&Z tonight. Thanks
