I met with Thomas Coleman this morning and explained why we have to defer all the applications since they are tied
to the same DA modification application. Thomas is in agreement with the deferral of all application to April 16,
2019. Please replace my previous request for deferral with the attached letter.

The above -referenced matters are on the City Council's agenda for February 19, 2019. The
developer is exploring other options with the property that may make it more desirable to keep
the existing zoning in place.
We respectfully request the public hearings for the above -referenced projects be continued to
April 16, 2019, to allow us to complete our research and determine the best product given the
