The above -referenced matters are on the City Council's agenda for February 19, 2019. The
developer is exploring other options with the property that may make it more desirable to keep
the existing zoning in place.
We respectfully request that the public hearings for the above -referenced project be continued to
June 20, 2019, to allow us to complete our research and determine the best product given the
