NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian
and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold
a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho,
at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the applications of:
Toll ID I LLC for a Rezone of 7.39 acres of land from the R-15 zoning district to
the R-4 zoning district; a Preliminary Plat consisting of eighteen single family
residential lots and six common lots on approvimately 7.39 acres in a proposed R-4
zoning district for Oakmore Subdivision (H-2018-0118) located near the intersection
of W. Gondola Drive and N. Black Cat Road.
Toll ID I LLC for a Development Agreement Modification to modify the overall
boundary of Oaks North and Oaks South development and update the zoning district
boundaries, the concept plan and modify/remove c ertain provisions of the agreement
that are no longer relevant to the project for Oaks North and South (H-2018-0117)
located on the North and South side of McMillan Rd., between N. McDermott and N.
Black Cat Rds.
Toll ID I LLC for a Rezone of 16.52 acres of land from the R-15 and R-4 zoning
districts to the R-8 zoning district; a Preliminary Plat consisting of 82 single family
residential lots and 7 common lots on approximately 16.52 acres in a proposed R -8
zoning district for Oakwind Subdivision (H-2018-0119) located near the intersection of
N. McDermott and W. McMillan Roads
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any
interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited
to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the
hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite
104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons
interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written
testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at
the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to
the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring accommodation for
disabilities related to documents and/or hearings should contact the City Clerk’s Office
at 208-888-4433 at least 72 hours prior to the hearing.
