POLICE DEPARTMENT SUMMARY OF REPORT:
1. Police Response Time- No issues with response times. Development is about 3 miles from the police
department.
2. Accessibility – The police department has no issues with access to the proposed site.
3. Resource needs – No additional resources are needed. The police department already services this
area.
4. Other comments- Reference Exhibit B the police department would like to see pedestrian pathway
connectivity between all the proposed buildings so as not to create a vehicle vs. pedestrian conflicts. In
addition, the police department would like to see a pathway/sidewalks that connects to the surrounding
developments.
