Attached is the staff report for the proposed conditional use permit for the proposed wireless communication facility.
This item is scheduled to be on the Commission agenda on Feb. 7 th . The public hearing will be held at City Hall, 33 E.
Broadway Avenue, beginning at 6:00 pm. Please call or e-mail with any questions.
Zach - Please submit any written response you may have to the staff report to the City Clerk’s office
(cityclerk@meridiancity.org ) and me as soon as possible.

Hey Sonya,
Thank you for sending this over so quickly. I only have 2 comments and that is that we will comply with the Vinyl Fence
requirement and Landscape buffer as required by the code, we will need to leave room along the south side of the
compound for access but will comply with the landscape buffer required by planning. We will also make sure to have the
facility 100’ from residential property lines.
Would you like me to revise my drawings before the meeting with fence and landscape?
