Applicant Ed Bowman The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) reviewed the referenced rezone and preliminary plat applications and has the following comments: This project does not abut the State highway system. 2. Idaho Code 40-1910 does not allow advertising within the right-of-way of any State highway. Idaho Administrative Policy Act (IDAPA) 39.03.60 rules govern advertising along the State highway system. ITD does not object to the rezone and the construction of a subdivision consisting of 16 building lots and 4 common lots as presented in the application.
