City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at Meridian
City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 to consider the
application by Toll ID I LLC for Oakmore Subdivision
(H-2018-0118) for a Rezone of 7.39 acres of land from
the R-15 zoning district to the R-4 zoning district; and a
Preliminary Plat consisting of 18 single family residen-
tial lots and 6 common lots on approximately 7.39 acres in
a proposed R-4 zoning district Located near the intersection
of W. Gondola Drive and N. Black Cat Road.
