NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the
Laws of the State of Idaho that the City Council of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing
at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m.
on Tuesday, February 19, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications
of:
Toll ID I LLC for a Development Agreement Modification to modify the overall
boundary of Oaks North and Oaks South development and update the zoning district
boundaries, the concept plan and modify/remove certain provisions of the agreement that are
no longer relevant to the project for Oaks North and South (H-2018-0117) located on the North
and South side of McMillan Rd., between N. McDermott and N. Black Cat Rds.
Toll ID I LLC for a Rezone of 7.39 acres of land from the R-15 zoning district to the R-4
zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of eighteen single family residential lots and
six common lots on approvimately 7.29 acres in a proposed R-4 zoning district for Oakmore
Subdivision (H-2018-0118) located near the intersection of W. Gondola Dr. and N. Black Cat
Rd.
Toll ID I LLC for a Rezone of 16.52 acres ofland from the R-15 and R-4 zoning district
to the R-8 zoning district; a Preliminary Plat consisting of 82 single family residential lots and 7
common lots on approximately 16.52 acres in a proposed R-8 zoning district for Oakwind
Subdivision (H-2018-0119) located near the intersection of N. McDermott and W. McMillan
Rds.
AD800, LLC for a City Council Review for the purpose of extending the expired plat to
allow a 6-month extension to obtain City Engineer’s signature on the Avebury Subdivision final
plat; Modification to the Final Plat to depict 3-foot PUDI easements on the east interior lot
lines and propose a zero lot line between Lots 14 and 15, Block 1; and Modification to an
Existing Development Agreement to allow for the construction of an attached single family
home on Lots 14 and 15, Block 1. for Avebury (H-2018-0141) located on the North side of E.
Pine Ave. West of N. Locust Grove Rd.
Sadie Creek Commons, LLC for a Council Review of the Planning and Zoning
Commission’s decision of application H-2018-0121 related to UDC 11-4-3-2A.1, UDC 11-3A-13,
UDC 11-4-3-2A.2, Condition #2.2, and Condition #2.10 for Villasport (H-2019-0011), and
Modification to an Existing Development Agreement for the purpose of removing the
property from DA Instrument #108008770 and enter into a new development agreement for
Villasport (H-2018-0121), located the SW Corner of E. Ustick Rd. and N. Eagle Rd.
Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested
persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes
per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S.
Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to
cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications
should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all
materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public
records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act. Anyone desiring
