My home is on the western boundary of this project. I have been given assurances by Tamara Thompson of
the Land Group that the existing masonry wall noted in the Landscape plan will be extended to Ustick
Road. I have also been assured that the parking lot lighting will have shielding that directs the light
downward as to minimize the light into our backyards.
I do not support changing the hours of operation to 5 am. That seems unnecessary and a potential intrusion
into the peace and quiet of the nearby residential neighborhood. .
As long as the wall is completed and the lighting is constructed as agreed, I have no other objections to the
project.
