Attached is an updated Open Space Plan. The Plan has been revised to update the calculations to include the additional
10,000 sq.ft. of open space required if Mid-Anchor 3 is 40,000 sq.ft. as graphically depicted on the Conceptual Site
Plan. Recognize that there is no specific tenant at this time for Mid-Anchor 3, so the footprint is conceptual. The revised
calculation indicates that we are providing 212,954 sq.ft. (4.88 acres) of open space in excess of what is required.
Additionally, we have included new calculations with the Future Development Area included. These calculations include
the additional 90,000 sq. ft. of open space that would be required if the conceptual office building footprint of 40,000
sq.ft. was 3-stories (40,000 sq. ft. footprint x 3 stories = 120,000 sq.ft.). The calculation indicates that we are providing
94,238 sq.ft. (2.16 acres) of open space in excess of what is required. This calculation does not include additional open
space that would be provided within the Future Development Area.
