Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above referenced
application. NMID has no facilities in this area that will be affected. The pressure irrigation
system is privately owned.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID will need to review drainage
plans. The developer must comply with Idaho Code 31-3805.
