PZ - 2019-01-17 Meridian PressNOTICE OF HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Ordinances of the City of Meridian and the Laws of the State of Idaho that the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at the Meridian City Hall, 33 East Broadway Avenue, Meridian, Idaho, at the hour of 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 7, 2019 for the purpose of reviewing and considering the applications of: Horizon Tower/Verizon Wireless c/o Powder River Development Services, LLC for a Conditional Use Permit for a wireless communication facility in an R-8 zoning district for Hill’s Century Farm Wireless Communication Facility (H-2018-0087 )Located off the Southeast Corner of E. Amity Rd. and S. Eagle Rd. Ed Bowman for a Rezone of 1.86 acres of land from the R-8 and L-O zoning district to the R-15 zoning district; and a Preliminary Plat consisting of 16 building lots and 4 common lots on 1.43 acres of land in a proposed R-15 zoning district for Razzberry Villas (H-2018-0130) located 1434 and 1492 Star Dr. Hatch Design Architecture for a Conditional Use Permit for a light industry use on 0.83 acres of land in the C-G zoning district for Excalibur Metal Design (H-2018-0139) located 1322 E. Watertower St. Copies of the above applications are available for review upon request. Any interested persons shall be heard at said public hearing. Oral testimony may be limited to three (3) minutes per person. Written testimony may be submitted prior to the hearing, either in person or via U.S. Mail, to Meridian City Clerk, 33 E. Broadway Suite 104, Meridian, Idaho 83642, or by email to cityclerk@meridiancity.org. Persons interested in being heard regarding the above applications should plan to submit written testimony or testify at the hearing. All written testimony and all materials presented at the hearing shall become property of the City of Meridian and public records subject to the provisions of the Idaho Public Records Act.
